A company-builder of gamified ecosystems

The operating system
for the frontline

We turn the workforce that closes the sale —waiters, pharmacists, advisors, shopkeepers— into a measurable, brand-funded influence channel. One engine. Many verticals.

The gap

Brands spend $600B+ a year influencing the point of sale. Almost none of it reaches the person who closes it.

80% of the world's workforce is deskless — invisible to the brands that want to reach them, and to the very owners who employ them. Maestry is the digital layer for that channel.

What is a
gamified ecosystem?

A digital environment where every actor in an industry lives together: the frontline workers, the business owners and the brands that depend on them. Each actor follows a personalized journey of training, missions and incentives — while sharing one space that connects the whole value chain.

The engine is always the same: gamified missions, seasonal challenges and quests, performance rewards, brand-funded incentives, AI coaches and real-time behavioral data. It is enterprise gamification applied to the point of sale. What changes across verticals is the workforce.

The ecosystems we are building

Each vertical is its own operating unit with its own brand per market, but they share infrastructure, methodology and data. We don't open them all at once: each starts only when we close a strategic partner bringing both distribution and brand-funded content.

  • Maestry Hospitality
Super Meseros · Food & beverage
    Live

The vertical that turned waiters from invisible to measurable and validated the engine. Pilot running on Colombia's Caribbean coast with Coca-Cola as anchor brand, and chains like HOT and Época Café paying to manage their service teams with data they never had.

  • Maestry Pharma Retail
    Super Droguistas · Pharmacy
    In build

For the pharmacist who recommends fifty brands a day and gets recognized by none. Eleven years of pharma channel behind it: Superlikers built Puntos Saludables with Unidrogas since 2014, Colombia's largest pharmacy loyalty program. In build with Olímpica.

  • Maestry Sales Forces
    Super Asesoras · Direct sales
    Pre-launch

For the advisors carrying brands into homes, invisible to every system built on their effort. Direct sales is one of LatAm's largest informal workforces: ~6M advisors and $30B+ in annual regional GMV, running on 1990s tools.

  • Maestry Retail
    Super Tenderos · Traditional trade
    In queue

The neighborhood shopkeeper: the workforce that moves consumer brands across the region and decides what gets displayed, recommended and sold out first.

  • Maestry Retail Media
Gamified retail media · Enterprise retail
    In build

Large retailers turn their own store workforce into a brand-funded media channel: CPG brands pay to reach, train and activate frontline staff at the shelf, and the retailer shares the revenue. In build with Olímpica.

The engine

How it works

  • Connect

Venues and brands plug into an ecosystem that already exists. Nobody builds a program from scratch.

  • Activate

Missions, challenges, quizzes, recognition rituals and incentives published onto the workforce — segmented and personalized.

  • Grow

Participants earn points, gems and ranks. The venue sees who sells and who doesn't. The brand sees the return, measured.

Two payers, one ecosystem

The venue

Pays to manage its people: real-time performance, visibility into its best talent and the managers who aren't leading, and the tools to coach and reward.

The brand

Pays to reach that workforce with challenges, training and incentives — a measurable channel, close to the sale, that doesn't exist digitally today.

The effect

The more brands sponsor a venue, the less that venue pays. More venues attract more brands. The network gets cheaper as it grows.

The edge

Why Maestry

Nobody needs to build their own program. The ecosystem, the mechanics and the community are already running: the venue or brand plugs in and publishes.

A team of autonomous agents runs every venue —reads the POS, designs the challenges, publishes, promotes and measures them— with a human always in the loop. We scale from tens to thousands of venues without scaling headcount in step.

100% waiter adoption where it's live, and sales uplift reported by brands like Grupo Modelo, Backus and Pernod Ricard in Superlikers programs. Every dollar spent is traced back to the behavior that produced it.

Fifteen years of behavioral data on how the frontline responds, exclusive partners per vertical, two-sided network effects and a platform with 900+ features already built. None of that is replicated in a quarter.

Backing

Built on Superlikers

Maestry is the spin-out of Superlikers (iWin S.A.S), a LatAm leader in high-performance gamification. Fifteen years designing and operating behavior ecosystems for AB InBev, Grupo Modelo, Pernod Ricard, Backus, Essity and Olímpica.

Our
global vision

We are building the world's first gamified network of point-of-sale influencers: a network where the person who serves, recommends and closes the sale can grow, learn and be recognized. From restaurants to pharmacies, from traditional trade to direct sales.

The premise: invisible workforces are the next frontier — and gamification is the operating system that makes them measurable.
